Beyond happy every time I leave here and it’s all thanks to two people:
Grace gives a perfect mani/pedi every time! She shows TLC where my feet and hands need it (my toes get ingrown nails frequently, but since going to Grace, I’ve not had any issues and they feel great for weeks — she also always gives great product recommendations from their store that help me at home too). Above all, she’s a kind woman and great at engaging in fun conversation while performing nail care seamlessly! 10/10 recommend and will book her Grace every time!
Matthew is excellent at massages! From a basic 60 minute massage to the 90 minute hot stone (highly recommend), I could not be more satisfied. Whatever my pain points are when going in, he tailors the massage to my needs and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! I’ve had many massages from various local and non-local spas, and he provides one of the best massages I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend him to anyone who is looking to get one!
Additionally, the front desk staff are very welcoming - whether by phone or in person, they always bring kindness to the conversation!

I came to the salon for a facial and light therapy. I had the best experience and treatment. I was immediately taken back to get changed and relax in their lounge. After a short wait I was taken back to my room. Sandy is the sweetest kindest lady, with the softest hands. She made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. She gave me recommendations for a better home routine for my skin care and made me feel beautiful. I will definitely be returning to see her again. ☺️

I love going to Panache salon. Jessica does an amazing job on my hair cut, style and color. I’ve done many different styles over the years and Jessica always gets it right. I’ve moved away from Erie but continue to go to Panache and Jessica when I’m in town, it’s the best salon! Ive also gotten manicures, pedicures and have had a great experience. I used Panache for my wedding hair and make up and was very happy.

We drove at least 1 hour to get to this salon — and I am very impressed. From the front desk who greeted me and took my coat, offered water with lemon, great coffee (not sure what brand but it’s awesome!) to my wonderful hair stylist, Courtney, and their great owner, Edna.

I love the culture here. I asked many questions and my hair stylist Courtney helped me understand hair care. And then Edna has her own clients, but goes around her hair stylists and gives them tips/helps them. I love it! They foster excellence and a growth.

Their environment is excellent from the shampooing-rinsing station to the perming area. Even their bathroom looks great!

And my hair… soooo love the cut and the perm! Courtney did a great job with nursing my hair back to health, creating body, and bringing life to curls! She helped me understand what to do after the perming, schedule for conditioner and shampoo use, blow dryer diffuser use, curling iron, and curl care.
